Terms & Conditions

1. Websites created by Digital Ads are not transferable on other webservers as the webservers owned by Digital Ads.
2. Photographic material offered by Digital Ads may not be used for other projects, than the licensed one.
3. If photographic material is provided by the client, he is responsible for the observance of copyrights.
4. Digital Ads monitors the proper functioning of the created website and associated email accounts. In case of malfunction, however, no liability for such damages that threaten not life or health may be adopted.
5. The contract period for saving the website and the provision of technical support is 1 year. The contract can be extended by the customer by timely paying the annual hosting fee before the expiring date of the contract period. Premature termination is possible at any time.
6. Transfer Codes for domains that have been registered thru Digital Ads may be requested at any time. This must be done for technical reasons, if required, at least 6 weeks before the domain expiration date.
7. Fees for domains, hosting and SSL certificates can not be refunded in principle and are always due a year in advance. The customer will be informed by email about it and can also view at any time thru customer's account panel the invoice due and pay bills conveniently online via PayPal or by credit card. Regular bank transfer is also possible.
8. The setup fee for websites is, unless otherwise agreed, due to 100% in advance. A refund is not possible, except if the website does not meet the agreed properties and functions.
